Chairman - Bill Noonan

Bill is a member of the Federal Government's Department of Health and Ageing Reference Group, helping develop policies to improve men's health. Bill is also a director of the TWU Super Fund, Chairman of the Victoria Police Blue Ribbon Foundation, and a member of the Victorian Road Freight Advisory Council. In 2009, the Victorian Government appointed Bill as an Australia Day Ambassador. Bill served as Branch Secretary of the Victorian/Tasmanian branch of the TWU from 1994 until his retirement in November 2009. He received an OAM for services to the Road Transport Industry, particularly in respect to Road Safety and the Trade Union Movement.

Chief Executive Officer - David Stanley

David is a public health communications practitioner. As founder and National Program Director for the Convenience Group, he brings 25 years of international public health experience. This ranges across program design, implementation and evaluation against communication objectives. David has been a team leader/member involving more than 110 international, bilateral, national and state public health programs. David is published in policy, program and educational texts - all relating to public health information and education programs.

Director - David Hinde

David's experience is wide ranging, having held senior positions at a number of public, private and government enterprises including BDO, Lend Lease, Becton Property Group, Orchard Funds Management and the Victorian Department of Human Services. His extensive experience includes all aspects of finance, business development, capital and asset management, business restructure, and stakeholder management.

The pXs Team

The pXs team have significant management and operational experience in the provision of health prevention, information and education solutions. During the screening process, the pXs team is supplemented by medical professionals, who assist in the collection of key morphology information from participants.
